Eilean Siar (Western Isles) Council rollout started at the end of 2007 with the training of central staff. Mentor staff were then trained and introduced Glow to their respective schools. Work with phase 2 schools started with a pilot early in 2008, the rollout then continued to all other schools. All Western Isles schools have had access since April 2009.
