Midlothian’s rollout began after the completion of initial training in June 2008. Their current rollout structure is being delivered via specific projects identified by their Glow team alongside interested parties within the authority. New Glow initiatives are now being linked into existing content via the authorities pre-existing portal. This is seen as a positive approach to demonstrate content within Glow.
