The City of Edinburgh Council began rolling out Glow in September 2009. All schools can now access Glow and trained Mentors in every school are assisting with its ongoing development. A toolkit has been developed to allow schools to roll out access to parents and we have been engaging with partner agencies.
In session 2011/12 training courses are also available which provide additional professional development for staff keen to further develop their skills.
One major success is the access through Glow to the Whose Town? resource developed by the Council's Library Service, about past lives in the city.Key contacts
