Clackmannanshire Council

Clackmannanshire Council started their rollout in May 2008.  Schools can access all services with staff and pupil logins available on request.  In-school support is provided through trained Mentors. Three new build secondary school projects have taken priority over the rollout of Glow.

Glow passwords

The following arrangements should be followed for requesting Glow password resets:

When schools are open, staff should contact the IT Helpdesk in the usual manner to request password resets. Pupils should request password resets to the relevant teacher in the usual way.

When it is not possible to attend school or schools are closed, either for holiday periods or due to exceptional circumstances, password resets for staff and pupils may be requested by emailing IT Customer Services itcustomerservices@clacks.gov.uk.  Emails will only be accepted from @edu.clacks.gov.uk addresses.

A contact telephone number must be supplied to allow verification of the request. Password resets will be carried out during normal office hours.
