Shetland Islands Council rollout started in January 2008. Initially Mentors and Pioneers were trained so that each school had a key Glow contact. Rollout to schools started with a two school pilot with all other schools being trained in the next phase. A change in MIS supplier caused delays and additional provisioning work. The authority is now with Seemis and automatic provisioning is in place.
