Involving staff

Involving staff in Building your Curriculum

School staff develop and agree their key statements together and begin to construct their own strategic curriculum plan through considering three key questions:

  • What do we want our school to look like in the future?
  • What do we need to do to get there?
  • How are we going to bring that about?

What do you want your school to be like in three years' time?

This video shows Law Primary School staff engaged in discussion as they develop a shared vision for a new curriculum structure.

The accompanying PowerPoint file can be used to structure your own staff discussion on 'Where do we want to get to?'.
