This award acknowledges school candidates who have achieved SQA qualifications and have demonstrated outstanding commitment or achievement in one or more of these areas:
- to their fellow candidates, community links or international exchange in their pursuit of SQA qualifications
- in the way they have made use of SQA qualifications
- in making an outstanding contribution to their school, the community or fellow candidates
Guidelines for writing your submission
The judges will be looking for nominated candidates who:
- have unusual or innovative plans for future progression
- benefit their local community
- are using SQA qualifications to broaden their knowledge and contribute to their personal development in innovative and unexpected ways
