Scottish Learning Festival 2010 presentations

A key theme at the Scottish Learning Festival 2010 was 'enhancing experiences and raising standards through the experiences and outcomes'.

In collaboration with Education Scotland, practitioners from establishments across Scotland presented in seminars covering the eight curriculum areas, discussing the progress they had made in embedding the use of the experiences and outcomes in their planning of learning, teaching and assessment.

The presentations form a lasting legacy of the seminars and include detailed speaker notes which provide a valuable insight into the experiences of the practitioners, pupils and schools.

Reflective questions have been incorporated into the speaker notes to provide a stimulus for thought when accessing the presentations for personal reflection, or to promote discussion when making use of a presentation for professional development activities with colleagues as a department or cluster of practitioners.
