Early learners from Hazeldene Nursery learn how to use tools safely in a woodwork class and design a sign to warn others of potential hazards in the workshop. Children are given the opportunity to manage risk, through choice to explore and create items safely, with clear evidence of progression throughout. Staff provide high quality evidence of the exciting activities the children took part in demonstrating self and peer assessment.
