Great Climate Change Debate: Our changing weather and climate

The Education Scotland Global Citizenship team is inviting schools to join in the Great Climate Change Debate on Glow.

The debate on 'Our changing weather and climate' will start at 2pm on 23 January 2012.

During the event learners will have the chance to voice their opinions and put weather and climate questions to Alex Hill, the Met Office's chief advisor to the Government in Scotland and Northern Ireland, and former head of the London Weather Centre.

This is the first of three Glow Meets bringing together a panel of scientists and experts to answer questions and help learners navigate their way through climate fact, fiction and controversy.

Register for the Glow Meet here and submit your questions and views in advance through the Glow Climate Change Forum (both links require a Glow login).

Visit the Developing Global Citizenship blog for more details.
