Professional development is key to the effectiveness of those who work in community learning and development.

We work closely with CLD practitioners to promote, develop, provide and co-ordinate a range of learning approaches and opportunities for CLD practitioners, to improve individual practice and professional development.

CLD Standards Council

Promoting an effective CPD infrastructure for CLD practitioners is one of the key functions of the CLD Standards Council for Scotland. Find out more about the work the Standards Council is doing to develop and promote CPD across the CLD field.
